Gentle Yoga Flow 

Come join us Thursday mornings at 10am for this beautiful gentle yoga flow. We begin each class with a guided meditation or breathing practice to bring our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls present, followed by an all-experience level yoga flow. There is always an option to borrow crystals to infuse your practice with energy gifted to us from Mother Earth.
