Spring Sound healing, yoga movement class

Join Faith and Nikki for an afternoon of community and healing. We will enjoy some light movement, offer breathing techniques, have a guided meditation to introduce Persephone and welcome spring, and of course, a cleansing sound healing. Light snacks and a refreshing pomegranate drink will be provided.
