Blending Serendipity

Class is from 5:30pm-6:30pm 

$20 per class, or 3 pack for $50 (includes 5ml roller ball blend given at the third class)

Throughout this three series class, we will begin each class with a brief mediation bringing our hearts, minds, and souls into the present moment. Then, we will discuss each individual essential oil that is used to blend our signature oil, Serendipity. During each class, all participants will be given a 2ml roller ball containing the essential oil(s) we are discussing that day. Yogi’s who purchase the 3-pack series will also receive a 5ml roller ball of Serendipity blend (if you can’t attend all three, there is an option to purchase for $10^{+ tax}). After absorbing information about the oils, we will blend the aromas with the bending and moving of our bodies with some gentle yoga. We will also consider which oils merge best with our chakras to allow for maximum benefit during our asana practice.

Tuesday-Nov 7 (5:30pm), we will begin the series by diving into essential oil safety and the importance of carrier oils. Then, we will discover the beautiful, sweet aroma and benefits of Nag Champa oil.

Tuesday-Nov 14 (5:30pm), we will continue our essential oil education by understanding how Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) can help us feel more grounded and present while Sweet Orange (Citrus sinesis) provides an uplifting feeling and can help with anxiety and depression.

Tuesday-Nov 28 (5:30pm), we will finish the series by discussing Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum) and Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata). We will expand our appreciation for the heat cinnamon brings to the fire of our solar plexus, encouraging self-expression. Finally, we will comprehend how ylang ylang gently helps to pull at your heart strings while bringing the rest of the chakras into alignment.
